Beyond the boardroom., When her daughter left for college, Lee found herself in a quieter house with a full career behind her and an unexpected question: "What now?".

That moment of transition became a turning point. It deepened her understanding of reinvention as something deeply personal, not just organizational. It also sparked the pivot that defines her work today: moving beyond the "what now?" of a life in transition to explore the expansive possibilities of "what if!". This realization became the foundation for Nest2Nxt, a coaching platform Lee built to support women in midlife as they navigate identity shifts, rediscover purpose, and design what comes next.
